The walls in the public area were probably just painted, and there was an indescribable smell, which was strange. I was assigned to the top floor, which was about the fourth or fifth floor. There was no elevator, and it was very hard to carry my luggage upstairs. The location was still very good. The room was very small, but you get what you pay for, which is acceptable.

I had no problems. I was sent an email with instructions on how to check in by myself, so there were no problems, but it would have been nice if they had written down in the room how to check out, and other small details like towel replacement, room cleaning, and trash. I happened to meet the president, so I was able to ask him, but he seemed busy and not often in the office. They spoke to me in Japanese, which was very nice. I'd like to use them again!

be prepared to sleep on the floor as per korean norm, there is no bed but a kind of mattress to assemble yourself. It's honestly not as comfortable as a bed, but not as awful as I feared either. The wifi works well. the room is spacious, the bathroom is typically Korean, i.e. with the shower flooding everything, I will never get used to it ... the owner is basic, sometimes rude, but he kept our suitcase for a few days, which I appreciated , and he prepares a simple breakfast every morning, included in the price. The location is very convenient, next to the shopping and street food street, next to the metro, and you can walk to all the main attractions of Seoul in maximum 20 minutes.

We used one room for 3 people. The room was so small that the futon was enough to fill the room, but it wasn't a problem because I was just sleeping there. Bathrooms are the same as other Gesuha.
