Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

The room is quite small, but everything else was fine. It's really overpriced though! Otherwise, it was okay.

The location is super convenient, right in the Myeongdong shopping street. Olive Young is just downstairs, making it easy to shop and dine. Lotte Duty Free and Shinsegae are both within walking distance.

The hotel's location is super convenient! There's a huge Olive Young right next door, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Lotte Duty Free and Shinsegae Duty Free. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Located in the bustling Myeongdong area, but you'll have to walk a few hundred meters to catch a taxi. Other than that, everything was pretty good. The outlets support Korean, Japanese, and Chinese plugs, so charging laptops and phones was no problem. The hotel has a more Japanese feel. For business trips, I still have to bring a converter since the company only uses Korean outlets.

The location is fantastic! Although the room was small, the layout was very efficient. I was surprised they even managed to fit a bathtub and had a separate wet/dry area in such a small space – only in Japan/Korea! The great location meant I could pop back to the hotel to drop off my shopping, which saved a lot of time. Plus, if you cut through the Olive Young store next door, you can get to the other side of the street easily. When checking out, you can use the self-service machine on the first floor, which is super quick. Cars can pull right up to the entrance in the morning and evening. At other times, you have to walk a short distance, but overall, it's very convenient – a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and exploring!
