The hotel is located next to Shinsegae Department Store. There are 2 convenience stores below. The room space is small. Check-in is on the 17th floor. Compared to when I checked in 6 years ago, the waiters are no longer smiling.

The location was great!!! The staff were friendly and left a good impression. However, the lighting in the room was dim, which was a shame... It would be nice if it could be adjusted. The room was a connecting room with 2 rooms, and the shower was great as it had hot water immediately. However, some rooms had poor bathroom doors that didn't close well, which caused water to get in and the drainage was poor. The toilet and shower room were together, so you couldn't use the toilet while you were taking a shower. What's more, the shower room door was made of glass, so you could see everything. The towels and gowns smelled a bit damp. My mother's sister also stayed in a triple room, and it seems that the toilet didn't drain in one go, and had to be flushed several times before it would drain.

I stayed here once in April 2023 and felt that the staff were quite enthusiastic. This time I stayed here again. The staff had an arrogant attitude. They held the room card between their index and middle fingers with one hand and handed it to me. I didn’t know how to train etiquette at the front desk. The service was poor and the facilities were the same as last year. How good they were.
