駅から近く、利用しやすい場所です！部屋が18階なのでエレベーターがくるのに少し時間がかかりますがショッピングにも最適です。
部屋も綺麗なのでおすすめです

ホテルのスタッフさん日本語話せるし優しい。
空港行きのバスは道路を挟んですぐ、前。
バスの時間もスタッフさんに聞いたら教えてくれる。
なにより立地が最高すぎる！どこ行くにも便利。
２つの駅にも近いしこんな立地がよくてええんすかって感じ。ただホテルより奥の裏道？(コンビニがある方)は
夜、とても暗くて少し怖かった！
お部屋はエコノミーツイン。
まあ狭いけどスーツケースは広げれる！
トイレとお風呂の仕切りがカーテンのみで
水がトイレの方まで流れてきてしまう！
私はタオルを敷き詰めていました。
それでもお水は流れてくるけど！
それ以外は問題なし。ベッドも最高！
テレビ、NHK？映ります。
また韓国にきたときは絶対ここに泊まりたい！

日本語ができるスタッフがいて、当日部屋タイプの変更も快く受け入れてくれました。
髪の毛が沢山ついたナイトガウンが置かれていたことだけは残念でしたが、歯ブラシ以外のアメニティも最低限揃っており、大変満足です。
また次回も利用したいです。

ホテル入り口がどこかわからず、
フロントもわからず1階のinfo？のようなのころにいたおじ様に14階だと教えてもらいました。
エレベーターは三基あり、混み合わなければスムーズにエレベーターきました。
フロントは日本語で説明してもらい、安心しました。
部屋は広くて綺麗でした。ツインベッドでした。
クローゼットが大きくて、そこに小さめのキャリー置けました。
デザインプラザ側ではなかったのでロケーションは特に。
お風呂はシャワーのみで、ガラス扉あるのでトイレが濡れることはないですが、床から洗面側に水が多少漏れます。
床や壁は綺麗だったので、シャワーでも快適でした。
東大門の買い物や地下鉄やバスのアクセスもよく、また泊まりたいと思います。
