Overall bad experience. I had to request room change due to street noise at lower floors. After room change, I realized I had left my jacket in the previous room and went to the reception and kindly asked to have the old room checked. Unfortunately not only the did reception do nothing to help, he was visibly irritated and annoyed at my request and bluntly said it was not found. He did not even pretend to help me. Totally not a 4 star hotel service, stay away if you can

We booked this hotel as a stopover on our way to Busan. It was very convenient — close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants, which made it easy to find food nearby. The location was perfect for a short stay, and everything went smoothly. Great option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience near the airport.
