The reception staff are so lovely, they accommodated our every need! We loved it so much we extended our stay, they even allowed us to keep the same room. And the view from the room was lovely. The location was really good, we took Ubers eeeyhwere but they varied from 5-10£ which is super cheap.

Hotel location is not the best - airport limousine bus stop is approx. 3 mins away, and to go to most other places (Eg. Hongdae / Gangnam area), the bus stop is approx. 5mins walk away. There is also no subway station nearby, but it was easy getting taxis (through app) at that area, with boarding/drop-off just right outside the hotel. Do note that early check-in is not available, and other than the 2 complimentary bottled waters provided in room daily, additional ones will cost 1,000won each from the front desk, though there's an alternative of getting water from the water dispenser at the coin laundry level. Nevertheless, staff were all helpful and friendly, and rooms were extremely clean. Had a pleasant stay there during my trip to Korea.

The hotel attracts many international guests, and the front desk staff are all English-speaking. Service was excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient for transport. You'll find three convenience stores and various coffee shops right nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

I stayed here during my trip to Seoul. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but I found the subway station a bit farther than expected, which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase. I usually had to take a bus to the station first or use Uber instead.
In terms of cleanliness, the room was generally good, though I noticed some stains on the walls, and when I put something under the bed, it picked up a sticky residue. It would have been more convenient if toothbrushes were included in the amenities.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to come back again on another visit. ☺︎
