Orakai Daehakro Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to appreciate the overall cleanliness, convenient amenities like the lobby Wowpass machine, and the exceptionally well-equipped gym. The staff members were polite and consistently helpful. However, there were two minor drawbacks during this visit. My room was located directly opposite the housekeeping service room, which resulted in noticeable noise starting around 7:00 AM. When I walked out the room, I saw the staff was sitting and watching videos wit the sound opened loud. Additionally, I encountered a mosquito in my room from the first day, though I did not request a room change at the time. Overall, it is a wonderful property with great facilities, but better attention to morning noise management and room readiness would make the experience much better.

I really liked the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, always there to assist me when I needed them. The rooms were spacious, and I even had a stunning view from my window!

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. Front desk speaks fluent English and check in was very efficient. There are a few convenient stores around the hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and in a good location. I used the gym which has great equipment and plenty of space. It's a shame that the toilets in the gym were not working and the sauna. I used the laundry facilities which were convenient and super easy to navigate. Highly recommend this hotel
