Hotel check in staff on day 1 wasn’t too friendly. Asked about facilities/ wifi, she passed us a sheet of paper to read. Room booked indicated 7-14, was given lowest floor at 7. Asked abt higher floor, she gave us 8th. We had indicated pref for higher floor during booking, probably wasn’t taken into account
Otherwise overall stay was alright. Location near anguk station, near a lot bakeries and cafe with good options of restaurants. Within walking distance gyeongbokgong palace.

LOVE THIS HOTEL SO MUCH!
the location was perfect, we bought our 2yo son with us & the CU directly below our hotels was so convinent! We bought his milk & yoghurt daily there 🤪

It is literally int the Anyoung Insadong Shopping Mall, off of the main Insadong Street. We(couple) with a teenage daughter stayed at this hotel because this hotel had 3 twin beds as opposed to many others offered only double bed+sofa bed or queen bed+rollaway bed... etc. 2 things for improvement: 1) sink needs drain better 2) add iron and iron board.

Poor gym and common areas. Room was ok but had shower curtains instead of glass which is not hygienic in a hotel

酒店離地鐵站很近，不過該地鐵站需要爬樓梯。酒店位於商業中心裏面，吃飯逛街還挺方便，2樓有個很大的24小時便利店，非常方便。酒店樓下還有一家專賣YG藝人的手辦。

Insadong is a nice place to be in! Very helpful front desk staff. Nice waiting area. Luggages can be kept in free lockers. Accessible to shops and cafes and restaurants. Very new and well-maintained! Good food everywhere!
