Many of the receptionists could understand Japanese, so things went smoothly.
You can flush toilet paper down the toilet, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided.
If I had to say something, I would have liked it if they had liquid soap, as the soap for washing your hands was a bar.
There were two beds as there was only one outlet between the beds, so I think it would have been convenient to have an extension cord if there were two people using it.
