The apartment hotel is a solid 4. It is located in the very center of nightlife, with many bars, restaurants, etc. nearby. But the sound insulation is good, the noise from the street did not interfere with sleep. The main disadvantage was that the apartments are assigned randomly, as it turned out later, i.e. in reality the room does not correspond to the photographs indicated in the room description. Cleaning doesn't do its job very well. Dirty and worn baseboards, stains and smudges on the walls.
And everything was there for a comfortable stay, friendly staff.

The location is in the midst of clubs, pubs and restaurants. Might not be most ideal for family with young kids.
Only good point is the big room with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate big family
Suggest to consider UH Suite other location

The location was perfect for staying with children.
It's also great for walking around Insa-dong and Gwanghwamun.
If the weather is good, there is enough space to go to the square along the Cheonggyecheon Stream.
Our family of 5 stayed comfortably.

The location is about 15-20mins to Myeongdong street. Below is mostly restaurants, lots of BBQ & Chicken and drinks. Inexpensive thing about the room is super super small, but the living area is still okay. Just below opposite is a club which is very noisy and their music is very loud till midnight.

The surrounding facilities and transportation were convenient and nice. They were friendly.
The hotel was clean, but overall the room, bathroom, and living room were narrow.
