For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to bring disposable slippers. The facilities are old, but the sanitary conditions are OK. It's really horrible for the reception services, they are all very rude, and they had a bad attitude even though we didn't do anything, we just came in to check in.
When we were in the room, the room was so dark and old. The television was not user-friendly and didn't have any instructions for foreign customers. The room cleaning was quite mediocre. But the bed was quite comfortable for me.
The hotel and the MTR exit were around 10 minutes away by walking. It's not exactly in the Gangnam city center.
It was a terrible experience for me when I visited Korea.
