It's a little bit of a walk from Kamishiyama Station, but it's on a bright street with restaurants and easy-to-follow signs. There's only a bed and a shower/toilet, but it's more than adequate. Towels are provided.
The shower room was a little sloppy, but overall it was clean. I think it's best to just use it as a place to sleep.
