AI Summary
An AI-summarised snapshot of real guest reviews
Guests appreciate its convenient location near public transport and nearby amenities but find the single beds uncomfortable and the rooms poorly insulated, leading to draftiness. While some see good value, others suggest a higher price might be justified.

The host's attitude is bad, and will open your door for no reason. The hygiene is poor, the sheets have not been changed, only the mattress cover has been changed. Items left by former guests are remained for a long time. This homestay is near Dongmyo Station, there is Daiso and restaurant nearby, one stop from Dongdaemun Subway Station,. It is recommended to be careful to go out alone at night since the road is quiet. It would be fine if it is only a short stay, a long stay is not recommended.

If I could give a zero score, I would definitely give it a zero score, because there is a rule that you cannot check in after 22:00. As a result, I stayed in a couple hotel for one night and a steam room for two days. The auntie accepted the flight delay and said that she did not understand English. I called a friend who could speak Korean but she refused to answer. Finally, with the help of Ctrip, they still did not let me check in. It would be fine if they did not let me check in on the first day, but they said they would not let me check in on the second day. What do you mean if you do not check in on the first day, you cannot check in on the rest of the trip? Oh my God? What kind of rule is this? It is really unfriendly, because I can actually understand Korean, but it is just difficult to speak. But this auntie kept talking about how Chinese people are, and it is not that I have never stayed in a bad hotel, but this is the first time I have met such a bad one! A Korean-American next to me advised me not to pay attention, so this auntie has a problem with her brain. I thought to myself that it was either a problem with her brain or why she was cheating people. If I said that I disturbed others' rest when I entered the door, I would admit it. She kept talking to herself throughout the whole process. I really don't know why Ctrip chose such a store. It was really a bad experience. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded the room fee and paid for one night later, otherwise it would be really helpless.

I have traveled to dozens of countries, and such a bad hotel can only be seen in some backward and despicable places in the third world. The front desk had a "cruel face" the whole time. She was not targeting a certain country, but everyone present. When I checked in, I had the same attitude towards the South American who came later. It seemed that if you were not humble enough in front of her, she would drive you away. I paid for 5 days in advance because it was cheap. I didn't stay on the first day because of something. When I went there on the second day, she said that because she didn't come on the first day, the room was sold to someone else, and the money was not refunded. Wow, she is even more cruel than my African friends. Personally, I feel that if she fled from the north to South Korea to open a homestay, I can forgive her for this attitude, otherwise she would close down early. This attitude is so bad. If you are interested, you can check her reviews on other platforms. Don't complain too much about her!

You better have a Korean phone else standing outside the door for at least 20mins will likely happen to you. Everything else is worth the price.
