In particular, this is a guest house where you can meet a lot of French kids. The front of the reception is decorated with a camping feel, so you can easily get to know other travelers. If you're looking for a guesthouse to stay at, this is the best option in Hongdae! Centrally located in one of Seoul's most popular districts, you have access to everything steps from the front door. Whether you want to grab a meal, shop, go clubbing, or visit a coffee shop, you won't have to walk more than 5 minutes to access everything.
The owner, Brian, is incredibly welcoming and beyond hospitable. I booked a private room that was ridiculously spacious, modern, and even had a balcony. There were areas to socialize with other guests and every time I saw Brian, he would ask how I was doing. He let me store my bags while I was waiting for my flight and brought even myself and some other guests snacks when we were hanging out in the courtyard.
Safe, cozy, and clean, the next time I come back to Seoul, this will be the only place I stay!
