Location: Nine Tree Premier Hotel, Myeongdong II's central location allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. I walked to nearby attractions, dined at local restaurants, and soaked in the vibrant atmosphere. In summary, my stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel, Myeongdong II was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is good but due to a building under constrution in front of hotel in the night all night i can hear a low frequency noice of construction working

Room is large and the front desk were pretty helpful. Definitely worth the price Lot of restaurants nearby and Myeongdong is within walking distance

It is really close to the metro station and Myeongdong. Moreover, there is a convenient inside the hotel too.

Room ok, amenities were down for the weekend (rooftop bar and gym). Very good location and easy access of metro and bus from airport to hotel!

location abit far but its a really good experiences with GS25 at hotel lobby, very convenient

Overall is a pleasant experience. Hotel location is less than 10min walk from Train Station exit. And is around 15min walk away from Myeongdong shopping street. Accessible to all area via the intersection of two MRT lines. Room is decently spacious and there are microwaves and water dispenser at our floor. Will consider to come back.

It’s located near subway. About 5 mins. Convenient store right next to the hotel. Cafe and boba drink shop right opposite the hotel. Room is big enough for 3-4 pax

Excellent! Clean and spacious! Namsan view is awesome. Ask for high floor for panoramic view! Within short walking distance to the nearest subway station. There is a Starbucks very near to the hotel. There is also a convenient shop at the lobby level to get some toiletries, snacks and fruits. Coin operated washing machine and dryer is available at your own cost. Complimentary lockers to store your luggage up to 12 hrs.

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Room: Clean and comfortable. Spacious enough to open two large luggages and 2 small carriers and still have plenty of space to walk. That’s the reason why I chose this hotel. Breakfast food: Can eat twice or thrice but selection is not big so I don’t recommend to buy the room with the breakfast. Just purchase breakfast separately when needed because the smaller variety can get boring. Plus, there are restaurants everywhere around that open early. Amenities: Everything except toothbrush and toothpaste. Some days they will replace the disposable room slippers and some days they forget. Housekeeping: Doesn’t seem like they do much cleaning to the room while you are staying there. Maybe only after you check out. The sink and counter tops/table tops left untouched. Seems like they only change the bed sheets. Hopefully they vacuumed too.

However, its location poses a slight inconvenience, as it's a 15-minute walk from the heart of Myeongdong. Despite this, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with modern conveniences.

The room was clean and everything was fine. If you value cleanliness, this hotel suit to you.
