It was the cleanest guest house I have ever stayed at. It can't be compared to a hotel, but it's good for a 1-2 night stay. The water area is not clean, so we recommend taking a bath in a place like Jjimchilbang. Also, the lockers don't have keys, so if you're concerned about security, it's a good idea to bring your keys with you. It's nice that milk, orange juice and water are free.
