UH Suite the Myeongdong Reviews

Great hotel for families. Location is super convenient near Myeongdong shopping street and there’s also a convenience store downstairs. Hotel is also clean and comfortable.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos—very nice and convenient, and it was also very close to the station. We stayed there for six nights. The only downside was the lack of a shower room. In the suite we booked, there were only two toilets, but only one had a shower. The suite can accommodate about six people, and since there were six of us, we had to share just one shower room. Before booking, we asked Trip.com about the bathroom situation, and they confirmed that there were two toilets and two showers, which influenced our decision to book. The only explanation I can think of is that they counted the tub in the open living room area as a shower. So, if you’re considering booking, be aware of the bathroom setup. Other than that, it was a good stay. I would recommend staying here because right downstairs is all of your shopping stores and foods 😊

The on-duty hotel staff are polite and very accommodating. Top notch laundry service where one can collect the clean laundry the next morning when sent the night before. Easy to obtain airport transfer from the hotel staff for big families or with large luggages. Location is a stone throw away from the night market.

serice was good but there is not enough hooks/rails for hanging towels and clothes in the bathroom. also there is drainage smell in the room.

Good location, with lots of food and convenience stores around. Walking distance to train stations and shopping malls. Right smacked in the tourist environment of Myeongdong. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room smells from the bad drainage system, and we booked for 5 nights. It’s like sleeping in the toilet throughout the stay, such a torture. the room design is awfully wrong for safety wise. A lot of shallow steps tht you might tripped on, my son got a cut on his toe while i almost sprained my ankle. Water seeping out from shower area no matter how. Curtain doesnt have blackout layer, so it’s too bright in the morning. Metal tissue holder in the toilet is too close to the toilet bowl. Cleanliness is below average. And the price of the stay here is the same as other 5 star hotel nearby. The only thing that deserves a star is the polite staff at the front desk. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is fantastic! Just less than 100m walking distance to the famous Myeongdong shopping street and lots of restaurants around. Service was very professional and staff speaks fluent English. They even helped us do our laundry and arrange for a big van to send us to the airport since there are 6 of us. Only unfortunate part is the spa was a waste of space especially for big families and instead of a spa should have more toilets for a room that accommodates 6 person instead of just 1 toilet! Anyway, will still highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Cleanliness and environment of the suite is good. Location is convenient

I made a reservation to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was incredibly convenient as it included wine and flowers, so I didn't have to prepare anything separately. The fact that hotel put the flowers in a shopping bag, making it easy to take them home, was really nice. Although the flowers were slightly different from the picture I saw when making the reservation, I was still satisfied with the overall experience. :)

Location wise is good. Just a minute from the Myeong dong subway station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. But it can get a bit loud. Amenities were minimal and low quality. They also didn't provide extra towels or bath mat despite having a tub in the room. Sofa had lots of obvious/ suspicious stains on it.. i didn’t want to sit on it. Room was big but you wont have enough space for laying out big luggage.

The location is excellent, it’s very accessible to tourist attractions and it’s very near to the Myeongdong street, market and the metro station. The staff were very friendly and ensured that our stay was safe and pleasant. The hotel even provided van service to the airport and they advised us to take 2 different cars due to a large quantity of luggages and hand carry. The hotel provided daily cleaning services and even taught us how to use the air con remote control. We were also able to use the free Netflix account to watch shows The suite was not spacious enough to open all 7 luggages so we had to take turns but it was still cozy and comfortable for a family to stay together. Generally, we will highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re coming with elderly

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating! They gave us recommendations on restaurants and transportation throughout the city! The room was comfortable and spacious for our group. The location was great especially for shopping and street food!

Recommend for Couple. Actually, it took a while to make a reservation due to the other reviews made in chineses. When I booked time, I found some bad things about this hotel. It was meaningless. The suite was really dope. Also, the design was fabulous. we were so satisfied and enjoyed a happy time. Also, staff friendly & helpful and spoke great English. The spa was also good. They said we should only use bath products (bath bombs) sold in hotels. When I heard that, I couldn’t understand it. However, I understand when I used spa. The drainage is slow, in my opinion. ah, I bought a bath product, it was good. Thus, I highly recommend this accommodation. I will definitely return and stay when I visit Korea. ps. THX, guys. you guys are the best
