Great hotel, would love to stay in the future

It's the worst. I lied to the customer and gave him a room key, but he made me feel bad and I will never go back. Since there were three of us, we needed a triple room, so we went ahead and made a reservation here, but the owner proudly told us that there was no room and that we should use a double and a single bed. I was dumbfounded and said that I had booked a triple room. When I asked them to explain the exact reason why I couldn't receive the room I purchased, they said that all the rooms were full. When I asked if the reservation was made because the reservation platform was not updated or if I was double booked, three women came to me. He kept saying strange things and forcing me to just use it. I strongly told him that I wanted to receive exactly what I purchased after paying my own money, and then he gave me the key, saying he would reluctantly give it to me as if he was offended, which was so absurd. They say they are trying to give me a triple room so three men can sleep separately, but does it make sense for them to refuse to give me the room I reserved because there are three men I don't know who they are and then lie and say there is no room? If it wasn't for the triple room, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. It was a female boss, but she was trying to deceive people with lies, and I only asked for the room I had purchased, but she showed off her displeasure and reluctantly gave me the room key. Does it make sense? It's so absurd and absurd. If the owner is going to decide on a room as he pleases, then why bother making a reservation? Don't do business like this when you lie so confidently and casually that you don't have a room, and when you get what you deserve, treat it as if you did something wrong. If that's the case, you shouldn't have accepted the room reservation in the first place. Anyway, I will never go to a place like this again where the owner tries to change rooms as he pleases and lies.

It's about a ten-minute walk from Yeongdeungpo Subway Station. The location is acceptable. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores are not far away. The hotel has some history, but the room is clean and the space is acceptable.

The building was old so it didn't feel clean. Parking facilities were also inconvenient as you had to park on the street in front of the building. I don't really recommend it.
