The location of the apartment is convenient as it is situated near a convenience store and several restaurants. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station.
The room is relatively spacious but appears to be cluttered and unclean. The sofa has stains on it which is not very pleasant.
However, the sound insulation of the room is poor and I often hear noises from the elevator and other rooms during the night. The elevator itself is not very hygienic and has an unpleasant smell.

체크인 해서 들어가니 예전 사람이 쓰던 쓰레기랑 머리카락이 그대로라 청소 다시 요청했는데 오셔서 깨끗한데요 하면서 뭘 하긴 하셨는데 가시고 보니 아직도 남아있어서 2차로 당황했습니다.
쓰레기는 직접 치우고 수건 새로 달라고 해서 받아보니 수건에도 머리카락... 프론트 직원분들은 엄청 친절하셨지만 청소해주시는 분들은 이정도 가지고 뭐 이런식으로 취급하시고 이튿날 청소 제대로 부탁드린다고 말하고 갔는데도 수건에 또 머리카락 나와서 그냥 포기했습니다.
프론트에서 음료 서비스 주신다고도 하셨는데 바빠서 받진 않았습니다.
