【良い点】
部屋は綺麗で清潔感もある。
駅近でコンビニ等も近くにあり立地も良い。
エレベーターがある。
浴室にバスがあるので、トイレが濡れにくい。
【悪い点】
浴室の扉がちゃんと閉まらない。
スーツケースを広げるスペースが少ない。
シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが日によって数がバラバラで、シャンプーが2つあって、ボディーソープが1つもない日もあった。

在首爾的最後一天，我們換到這家在誠信女子大學附近的酒店。這裏的地理位置非常好，周邊就是餐飲街，能逛的小店也不少，有不少店是24小時店。酒店本身的衞生情況一般，早餐也比較簡單，不能期待太多。唯一可取的是地理位置吧。

4月16—20日我和我女兒入住該酒店605房，第一晚入住燈無法關閉，不知道是開關還是什麼問題，就是關不了，聯繫了酒店，大概晚上12：00左右，來了一位電工，讓我們自己去電錶間關電閘，説第二天會來修，為了睡眠，我們衹好跟着去走廊關閉電閘。現在後想這是件危險的事，不應該。第二天燈可以關閉了。可是第三天又出現房間燈羣無法關閉，打前台電話始終沒人接，再走到前台找工作人員，空無一人，大聲呼叫多次也沒人出來，衹聽到隱約有打呼聲，當時已經半夜1點多，前台放着一個牌子上面用韓語寫着有空房（有圖為證），無奈衹好回房間聯繫攜程訂酒店的客服，攜程還是挺負責任的幫忙聯繫酒店，客服小姐姐也是打了很久電話説酒店一直沒人接，就這樣我和攜程客服聯繫和酒店一晚，無果。在明晃晃的房間裏燈火通明地過了一夜，無法睡眠。我們無法理解怎麼會整個酒店沒一個工作人員，實在氣憤，人已很累，就這樣過了一整個失眠焦慮不安的一夜。房間頂燈燈帶都是關不掉的。第二天再次找到工作人員，問原因，要求他們換房間，或做出合理解釋，影響我們一晚上睡眠，兩晚燈是壞的關不了以及為什麼聯繫不上任何工作人員的原因，酒店卻沒有給出合理解釋，衹是來把燈修理了一下，我們要求道歉、換房或退這晚上房費，卻遭到拒絕。作為入住客人我們有權利維護自己合法消費權益，酒店方已經在工作上、服務上、客房設施上出現這麼嚴重的問題，竟然沒有給客人合理的解釋和補償道歉等，這樣的酒店絕對差評。作為中國人在異國，我們看到的是這個韓國酒店對此事件的消積處理，韓國傳統中不是有錯誤就該真誠道歉嗎？為什麼這樣的大差錯卻沒有積極處理態度？中國的傳統是不屈不撓，不卑不亢。我們母女倆退房日20號再次和前台説明問題（全程用英語交流的），前台卻説他們24小時都有工作人員的，攜程客服也和我一樣又累又氣。我們離開時也申明瞭自己的權益。這樣的韓國行讓我們看到這個酒店的責任意識薄弱、設施、服務的嚴重問題，真是😠
