Room that we got was not clean, there were stains on the table, hair on towels and the furniture was damaged. Definitely not worth the money.

The room was spacious. The location requires walking up and down a slope, which is acceptable, but be mindful if you have heavy luggage. There are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were friendly. You need to bring your own toothbrush, but disposable slippers and towels are provided.

I visited with a foreign friend, and as many reviews mentioned, the pool was convenient and great to use.
However, on the morning of our checkout (August 30th), when we went down to the lobby on the first floor, there was another foreign guest. My friend and I were returning our keys when the male staff member at the front desk looked at us and started speaking in English. My friend was looking at her phone and didn't realize he was talking to her. I thought he was speaking to the other foreign guest, so I wasn't really paying attention. But then it seemed like he was talking to us, so I asked him to repeat what he said to me. He then replied, 'I just told both of you,' and he said it in a very dismissive manner. Is it hotel policy to communicate like that even with Koreans? Everything was good from beginning to end, but that staff member ruined the ending. It was so embarrassing that I wouldn't recommend this place to my foreign friends. Just go somewhere else. That staff member showed zero consideration for guests from start to finish. It was very uncomfortable.

Hotel Grammos Seoul is a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The location is close to the subway and easy to reach COEX. The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.
