Dear Sir/Madam, We stayed at Hyundai Residence for 5–6 nights from 23/11 to 28/11, and we would like to make a formal complaint regarding several issues that greatly affected our stay. 1. Air-conditioning not functioning During our entire stay, the air-conditioning in our room could not be used. The room was quite hot, and the only option was to open the window. This caused mosquitoes to enter the room, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. 2. Disturbance and harassment from Room 1104 My sister stayed in Room 1105, and every night the guest from Room 1104 kept knocking on her door, complaining about noise. We left the hotel every morning and only returned at night. Of course, there would be some normal sounds when we came back, packed our things, or washed clothes. The children also made some noise, which is normal for a hotel stay. Despite this, the guest from 1104 knocked on the door every night, which caused a lot of stress for us. My sister felt so pressured that she had to send her children to my room (1108) every night, only bringing them back after they fell asleep. We called customer service at 8000 to report the issue, but no solution was provided, and the problem continued. 3. Extremely poor soundproofing The soundproofing of the rooms is very poor. Even normal, everyday sounds seem to disturb the neighbours, which should not happen in a hotel where guests have paid to stay comfortably. We hope the hotel can review these issues seriously and provide appropriate compensation or a response. The experience was stressful and far below expectations. Thank you.

We stayed in a deluxe room with two separate beds. The room is large, there is a washing machine, but you need to buy the capsules yourself, there is a kitchen, but there are no dishes for cooking, but you can rent them for a fee. What surprised me was that there are no large bath towels for the deluxe room, only small ones - how is that? Cleaning and change of towels every day. The bed linen is not sure if it was changed every day. The shower is regulated through one place. In general, it's fine, but it's more like a standard room for the level of services.
