As New Year's Eve was approaching, the first day of our stay was overbooked. We were arranged to stay in a nearby hotel (a better one) for one night and then return to check in the next day. The room was very clean, but there was not a single cup or bottle of mineral water in the room. There is a water dispenser on the first floor. Even after the hot water faucet was gone, I still didn’t understand why the hot water faucet in the pool was turned on but there was still no hot water. I also figured out how to use the shower myself. During New Year's Eve, I returned to the hotel very late every day due to my schedule, so I couldn't find the boss on the first floor to answer questions and solve problems, so I could only ask through WeChat. If you take the room card with you every day, the room will not be cleaned and the trash will not be thrown away. We made do with it because we only stayed two nights. The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and there are several convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient (I bought a disposable cup at the convenience store in the end). Across the road is Gwangjang Market, and there is a money exchange and the Four Palaces of Life just outside the subway entrance.

We booked a twin room for 4 nights because we were staying consecutively. The location of this hotel is very good, the pictures of the room are acceptable, and the required services are available. The price is twice as expensive as usual, because it is also acceptable during holidays. But when I arrived at the site, I found that the double room marked 23-36 square meters actually did not exceed 15 square meters. 2. Daily cleaning. The reality is that there is no one to clean, and you need to find a waiter yourself. Waiters are a rare breed. I only saw 4 people in the whole building at different times. (Including the boss) 3. There are no disposable slippers and water cups. The cups for brushing teeth were replaced with drink bottles that night. 4. Put the washed towels in the hotel on the stair passage or even the stair handrail to dry. 5. There is no service at all. After we checked in, we raised questions because the room's marked area did not match the actual size. On the third day, the hotel changed our room from the 6th floor to the 5th floor. We were asked to pack our luggage and they would put it in the new room at 2-3 pm. As a result, when we returned to the hotel at around 4 o'clock, we found that our luggage was placed in the corridor on the 6th floor and the room on the 5th floor was not packed. 6. There are 5 rooms on each floor. The 5th and 6th floors I stayed in were all Malaysian or Indonesian people wearing headscarves except us? The front desk and restaurant advertised do not exist. We found a room on the first floor with no windows or glass that was for staff only. After asking, it was the place where we checked in. This is where we would report any subsequent repairs or request room supplies. Because there was no place to eat, the scheduled breakfast was delivered to the room by the morning waiter, including a sandwich or cake, a cup of coffee or a bottle of juice. Because there is only one waiter on the morning shift, breakfast is received between 9:20-50. On the last day, breakfast was about 7:30, and the breakfast did not arrive until departure at 8:20.
