It's more a hostel than a hotel.
The ratio prince / location is certainly quite good but do not expect something big, warm or super clean.
I had booked a room with "city view" but got one with a view on an internal courtyard.
It's also written to do not throw toilet paper in the toilets. Why would I go in a hotel where I feel less comfortable than at home?

Hôtel is very well situated with metros, buses within the vicinity
The hotel is not luxurious but it's clean with all modern amenities and within walking distance of shops restaurants etc.
The owners are very helpful and go out of their way to provide information and deal with any issues

The room is just adequate; but very moldy, the boss is quite enthusiastic and kind.
The hotel has an elevator, and starts from floors 2-5, but the 6th floor we stayed on did not.
It's close to the subway station, but if you have a large suitcase, the station next to the hotel won't have an elevator.
So if you only stay 1 night and have few belongings, consider booking here.
