很差勁，沒用兩次馬桶就堵住漏水，等維修人員等了半個小時，修好之後前台就來催退房，語氣非常強硬的説要付延遲退房費。房間設備也挺陳舊，除了位置好一無是處。

Most of the staffs are not patient to help all the time, but it might be the Korean culture. They are really honest and never manage to do a fake smile lol.
My friend and I heard the bells ring from other rooms very often during midnight (even after 2am), not sure if it’s human or supernatural thing. As we talk about this after we leave the hotel, we didn’t ask for room change.
Location is far from metro, around 15mins walk. Bus might be easier but google map is not working well in Seoul. It took us some time to find the bus stop at the first day. So please kindly consider before you make reservations.

2回目の宿泊です。
いい点は、
•清潔でおしゃれ
•空港発着のバス停が近い
•カロスキルエリアが近い（話題のタンブリンズなど徒歩5分ほどでいけます）
です。
悪い点はないです。最寄駅のシンサまでは12-3分ほど歩くので、駅近希望される方はやめたほうがいいかもしれません。
わたしは歩くのは好きなのでまったく苦になりません。
カロスエリアとおって駅まで行くのも楽しいです（カロスキル通ると遠回りにはなりますが、洋服屋さんや大きいオリヤンも通って行けるので買い物しながら駅までいけます）。
また泊まりたいです

The room was not clan and dusty on the ground. It seems like nobody has lived there for a long time ago.
Lots of things are not working in the room like the power the tv, one night even the internet was not working. The staffs were not helpful but I guess it was because of some language barrier maybe ? The pillow was way too soft.
I’m so disappointed because I was there before covid in 2017 and it was a pleasant stay and now it becomes very bad. I will not come back again.
