Transportation was very convenient.
Also, there was a Wow Pass machine in the hotel which was very convenient.
The front desk staff was also kind and nice.
For one day, the electricity went out in the morning, so I couldn't do things like iron, and I didn't have time to restore it, so I was disappointed, but that didn't happen the next day!
There was only a mirror in the bathroom, so I didn't think there was much of a place to put on makeup.

the service is really great! the hotel receptionist can speak english, korean, and japanese which i think it is really comfortable for customers to communicate. the room is quite clean but there is a little dust on the bed sheet. The security is really great! i really like the security of this room. Overall, great and recommend!!

The room was small and only had a bed, but it wasn't a problem since I was just sleeping.
I was also scared of bed bugs, but it was totally fine 👍
When we asked for missing amenities or cleaning, they responded appropriately and the staff were very friendly.
Only the temperature control of the shower and air conditioner is extremely annoying.
