예약시 예약내용을 정확히 확인허지 않은 잘못이 있기는 하나 일상적인 예약과는 조금 차이가 있는 체크인시간같은경우 더 확실히 알수있도록 크게나 진허게 표시할 필요가 있음
통상 오후 1-2시 입실인데 23시 입실임을 확실히 알릴 필요가 있음
조기 입실하면서 69000짜리 에서 4만원 추가요금결재함.8만원요구받고 4만원에 합의하긴했으나 좀 화나 살짝 나기도 했음
