I booked a superior suite, especially because of the photos on *********** showing it has a bathtub. When we arrived, the staff at check-in lied to us that we were "upgraded" to a junior suite....this does have no bathtub and compared to the photos on this website it was a clear downgrade. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY WILL CHEAT ON YOU!

As an old hotel, the hotel is very grand! Located in Gangnam District, the transportation is very convenient! And there is a COEX bus stop next to it, which is very friendly to star-chasing girls. The front desk lady is also very gentle and speaks very good English.

The hotel is gorgeous but the staff are not so friendly!
Except for the housekeeping lady who smiles a lot and talks to us guest, and the door man at the entrance downstairs.
The rest of them are no smiley and strictly work focused! They look and tired and kind of pressured that relating to guest is not a priority😩
