The front desk staff especially the older gentleman has only one emotion on his face which is one of indifference. Poor service attitude, does not smile, looks annoyed most of the time.
Location is great espc if attending concert at KSPO Dome, walking distance of 20mins, short walk to the train station. has amenities nearby- wet market, convenience store, eateries.

衹能説女生千萬別住 來看演唱會的 所以定了場館附近圖片看起來不錯的這家 因為飛機延誤 晚上11.30左右才到酒店 進來前台就開始感覺不對勁了 一股上世紀快捷酒店的感覺 本來定的大床房 前台大叔看我們兩個人就説“好心地”幫我們升級了雙床房 上去一看 非常非常陰暗狹小房間 兩張床正對兩面大鏡子🙂大鏡子旁邊各有一個黑一點的長條鏡子（是不是很奇怪 已經有鏡子了為什麼旁邊還要再放個長條鏡）朋友用手指試探了一下 黑鏡子疑似雙面鏡 再加上這個陰暗的環境 發黃的枕頭 大半夜的兩個女生真的非常害怕 當下就開始找別的酒店想跑了 但是當時太晚了臨時也找不到 衹能溝通讓他幫我們換成我預訂時“圖片上的房間” 結果前台説那個是“更貴的”不是我這個 且現在沒別的房間了 衹有這個陰暗的 我説我預訂了的怎麼會沒有呢 前台繼續和我們強調沒有房間 但是另一個前台悄悄和他説“有房間 客人實在要求的話就給他們換成別的” 最後換成了圖片上的房間 但是同樣非常暗 圖上的暖光根本沒有 衹有昏暗的一個小白燈 枕頭髮黃 廁所馬桶圈上還有凝固的尿漬 淋浴器的水半天不熱 最後用稍微温一點的水洗了腳 衣服都沒敢脱就睡了 本來定了兩晚的 有了第一晚這麼恐怖的經歷實在是不要再敢繼續住 溝通表示想要退掉第二天 前台也是表示取消不了 聯繫平台介入了目前還沒有結果 酒店那邊一直不回消息 時間緊我們直接潤了 親身經歷希望大家避雷！避雷！避雷！

직원분은 친절하셨으나 수건이 깨끗하지 못하였고 욕실에 수압이 낮았으면 욕조의 수전에서 물이 새어 나왔어요...ㅠ
