As the reviews said, the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was stylish, spacious, clean, and easy to use, as it was a designer hotel. The only thing I noticed was that there was no makeup mirror in the room, which I think was for design reasons, but it was inconvenient and I wish there was at least a small mirror.

The location is great. You can see it as soon as you get out of the subway station. There is no difficulty at all. The front desk service is very good and polite. There is a lady who can communicate in Mandarin, and some can speak English. The room is very good for Korea. It can be considered a relatively large one, very clean, and the facilities are good. It is very close to Seoul Station, and it is also very convenient to go to popular places such as Myeongdong. It is a good choice, and I will definitely choose it again next time I go to Korea.

The soundproofing is not good. You have to be quiet early.

It was only one stop from Seoul Station on Line 4, and it was right next to Exit ➉, so it was very accessible! Exit ➉ has stairs and an elevator, so I used the elevator when I had a suitcase! There is also a convenience store next to the hotel! Check-in time is 3 p.m., and I arrived 10 minutes early, so I waited a little at the front desk before checking in! The female staff at the front desk spoke Japanese very well and explained things carefully! The room was a business twin, and it was spacious enough to easily spread out my suitcase, and there was a large TV! You can also watch Netflix! The bathroom had a bathtub and was the same as the toilet, but there was a sink between the bathtub and the toilet, so there was no need to worry about the toilet getting wet because there was a distance between them! There was also a shower curtain, so the floor never got flooded! It was very clean! The only thing that bothered me was that amenities such as slippers had to be purchased at the front desk! I wish I had at least the slippers! Overall, I would like to stay here again!
