The most terrible stay I’ve ever stayed in my whole life. Hourly charge system before 7pm check in They asked me to pay KRW 10,000 per an hour if I want to get in the room earlier. Mostly check in time is 2-3pm Hotel staff were all not trained part timers saying don’t complain to me. No cancellation any cases means they are really not prepared the customer. Room was stinky and tiny Air conditioner was full of dust Window has no privacy Please don’t waste time and money Really not safe area with so many drunken people Trip.com members really did their best to support this tough cases. I really appreciated this . But big boss of hotel was yelling at them About on the phone I would recommend to stay near myungdong / city hall area. I stayed 2 time bigger beautiful room with cheaper options.

room is not clean, towels were cut, found bug near bed, no chair in living room, water will flow when shower, the room is too dark, the location is too mysterious really can't find it

I have read some negative comment of previous reviews. Luckily, we didn't find any problems about this hotel. It was very close from Uljiro Sam ga station but bit far from Myeong dong station.

Very cute hotel in a great location, close to subway and walking distance to shopping and food. Could hear nightlife but it wasn’t overwhelming. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we appreciated the large size towels.

Very Instagram worthy hotel. The room was very comfortable. Cute restaurants and bars near by.

I was quite disappointed by the service provided by this hotel. Firstly, room service was not a given. I had to request for it. Secondly, even after I requested for room service, they managed to forget my request. Thirdly, when they finally came to clean my room, their poor housekeeping service left me flabbergasted. They didn’t vaccum the floor (so I was drowning in my own hair), they didn’t even make up the bed so it looked like I was coming home to a bird’s nest. On one of my nights I even found the house keeper’s mask on my bed. As for the amenities provided, they did have good things like hairdryers and straighteners but they don’t bother refilling your toothpaste, or making sure that the bottle of body wash we were provided remains filled. I must end this review by re-emphasising that I paid a cheap price for this hotel. One cannot have too high expectations when you pay such a cheap price. This hotel was also located in a pretty good area near the city, so decide for yourself whether you’re willing to forego some cleanliness for the sake of a cheap price and good location.

Love the place! The rooms are smaller than the what the photos show but they did the job! We only slept there as we were out most of the day exploring ☺️ really nice place though! The people are really nice and respectful. Oh! Make sure to have cash as they do require a deposit before checking in. Don’t worry, they give it back to you once they make sure everything in the room is good and nothing was broken.

This hotel has a very bad environment, with so much mold and dust. We went in and left after taking a look. The hotel is very bad and they didn't give us a refund! ! ! ! Don't think that they are friendly to Chinese people just because they are Chinese-speaking. It's not the case at all! The actual situation of the hotel is completely different from the photos on the website! ! ! Don't go there! ! ! The environment around the hotel is even worse. I only realized it was a **** after I went there. The hotel waiter said that they cooperated with Anda Global Cheap Hotel, and that's it. Check-in is only at 7 pm. If you want to check in earlier, you need to pay more than 400 yuan.

Is the bathroom drain hole clogged? Should I clear the pipe myself? The soundproofing of the hotel is extremely poor and you can hear people passing by outside. There is no water heater for cooking ramen in the room, so we have to go downstairs to install it.

I went there with my child.. wow.. it was clean.. hair all over the place.. I think they were friendly... but the facilities... weren't that great!!!! Wow.. the size of the room.. really!! I feel like I was scammed?!! The photo was just taken neatly!!
