The hotel is located next to the metro. The rooms are located on the 7th and 8th floors. Reception on the 7th floor. Small neat rooms. There is a microwave, cold and hot water at the reception. There was no kettle in the room. For an overnight stay for a couple of days this is a very good hotel. There is a busy street nearby where you can eat. There is no such thing as a shower, only a shower hose with which you can wash yourself right in the bathroom.

Pros: location super convenient, room is clean, u can change towel at common area, can cook your own meal, helpful and friendly staff, comfort bed

The accommodation is very good. Forgot something and the staff kept it for you. Luggage can be left before check-in and after check-out. Convenient for traveling.

It's fine if you just want a simple place to stay.
The staff at the reception were also ⭕️
No bath towels, only face towels.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided.
The only downside is that
the smell of the drainage reaches the room and you can hear the voices and noises of the guests next door.
The good thing is that
it's very convenient, being close to Myeongdong's main street and the airport limousine bus stop!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times and have been satisfied every time. The hotel is very convenient. Exactly located in the central area, you can go to tourist attractions near and easily. At kgu myeongdong at night, just step out and you'll be a paradise for eating, drinking, and shopping. The hotel is very clean and the staff and building security guards are extremely friendly and enthusiastic..

Guesthouse is near to myeongdong station, exit 8 as well as the shopping area. Overall location 5 ⭐️. However the room is not sound proof and you can hear people talking and walking. Some guest are so inconsiderate as they keep shouting and talking loudly at the common corridor early in the morning (before 7am) or late hours (after 11pm). Room size is comfy for 1 person but might be squeezy for 2pax. Would consider booking hotel / bigger guests house for 2 pax instead. Overall not bad.
