The hotel service attitude is very bad and not friendly to Chinese people. We booked a room for 7 days and 6 nights. The toiletries were replenished during the first three days of cleaning. On the fourth day, we found that there was no toothbrush, so we asked the front desk for it. The front desk said that it would cost money to get a toothbrush. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes every day. It is very unreasonable. It was replenished in the first three days, but it became necessary to pay later. We communicated in English throughout the whole process. When we asked her why she had to pay for the replenishment in the first place and then the fee, the front desk pretended to be stupid and avoided communication. It was really disappointing. The service of a five-star hotel is this standard. I will not choose their hotel again in the future.
