양평역에서 5~10분 거리에 있는 모텔급 수준의 호텔로
리모델링이 되어서도 예전 모습이 남아있네요.
조식을 8시부터 10시까지 제공하여 가성비는 좋으나
시설은 호텔이라 생각하고 가심 안되겠습니다,

도심이며, 가까운 지하철, 대중교통을 이용하기 좋은편이다.
차량주차도 가능하여 차량이용시에도 좋은편이다. 하지만, 주변에 출퇴근시간 트래픽은 장난아니니 참고
오래된 건물을 리모델링하여 실내는 깨끗한 편이나 요즘 트렌드의 숙박시설보다 룸이 좁다.
그리고, 방음이 약한편..
출장자가 간단하게 머물기에는 가성비 좋은 호텔이다.

평일 체크인이라 방이 많을듯해서 혹시나 이른 체크인을 여쭤보았는데 센스없으시게도 굳이 얼리 체크인 비용을 다 청구하시려 하시네요.. 주말이나 성수기라면 당연히 이해하지만 비성수기 평일인데 센스가 좀 있으시면 좋겠습니다..
