The apartment was great and came with all the essentials: a fridge, microwave, iron, washing machine, and kitchenware. While it's quite furnished and a bit compact, it was perfectly comfortable for one person. The building itself is modern, featuring a 24-hour convenience store and several cafes on the ground floor. The subway is a very convenient 5-minute walk away, which is ideal since most major attractions are quite a distance from the Gangnam area, which isn't a major tourist hub itself.

Excellent location to variety of good restaurants, bars, offices (7 minutes walk to Hyundai bldg, Icon Blgd), bus station.

We had a wonderful family stay at Khan Residence! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made settling in easy from the moment we arrived. The convenient location in Gangnam put us close to subway stations, restaurants, and shops, making it ideal for sightseeing and daily errands. We especially appreciated having a private bathroom and access to amenities like free Wi-Fi. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience here, and we highly recommend Khan Residence to anyone looking for a homely and hassle-free stay in Seoul. Khan is Khan best place for a really good price.

The apartment has everything needed for my stay. The host was very kind and helpful, the facilities inside the room were perfect. The weather was rather cold but the room was warm, and you can control floor heatng system yourself. Also it has extra air heater. Definetely will stay here for the next time too! It`s easy to get to subway, there are many 24\7 shops as 7\11, CU.

Nice apartment in a good area of Seoul. Everything you need is nearby (shops, malls, banks, cafes and restaurants), the subway is 5 minutes walk away, the bus stop too. The apartment has everything you need to live for a few weeks. I recommend it.
