Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan

This hotel, less than ten years old, is in terrible disrepair: the bathroom glass is coming unglued, the vanity is unstable, the toilet has stubborn, disgusting stains, the wardrobe smells of mold, the AC vents are loose and dusty, the sofa is stained, the tables have numerous scratches and stains, and the duvet core is filthy black. The hygiene and facilities are full of complaints. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. It's connected to Yongsan Station downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's also a large mall downstairs, which is great for shopping and dining. I'd recommend it for a short stay, but not for anything longer than two days, as it's hard to tolerate a room that's old and dirty everywhere you look.

The location was perfect, directly connected to Yongsan Station Exit 3, and the views from the high floor were excellent. We were a party of three, including two children, but only had two sets of slippers and towels. We called and they brought more, but it would have been better if they were there from the start. I felt like the futon was damp, and the kettle spout had mold? Or rust? But there was a sponge and detergent available. The room was spacious and clean, the shower pressure was good, and it even had a washing machine (with detergent). It felt like a waste to only stay for one night.

I stayed here for a 2-day, 1-night trip to Seoul ☺️ It was my first time staying at Novotel Ambassador Suites, and I was really satisfied! It's directly connected to Yongsan Station and IPark Mall, making it super convenient to get around. I stayed in a Junior Suite, and the room condition was excellent, with a fantastic view from the room! The city view of the Han River and Seoul's downtown was truly impressive. With a swimming pool and sauna, it's an excellent place for a 'ho-cance' (hotel vacation) 👍

The environment was clean, and the service was excellent. It was also very convenient, with direct access to the subway. If I ever go to Seoul again, I'd definitely choose to stay here!

The in-room washing machine was super convenient, but there was nowhere to hang the wet clothes. It would be perfect if there was a place to hang clothes opposite the wardrobe. The hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall, subway station, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it's pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious for Seoul. It even had a washing machine. Breakfast was good, especially the rice noodles, which were delicious. The location is also very convenient, right next to the high-speed train station and a shopping mall.

The room is very spacious and well-equipped. It's cleaned daily, which is excellent.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated it. This was our first trip with our child and we were very satisfied. The gym was refreshing and the breakfast was especially good.
