1/ I was given the cold shoulder by the front desk lady many times
2/ The front desk didn’t speak English well, and the slippers I asked for were sent to me and I had to call again
3/ I was given two room cards, but the cleaning lady confiscated the card I left in the room the next day. It was the first time I encountered such a situation, it was too outrageous
4/ I was assigned a room with a large open space and a mud view, which was completely different from the picture. I felt sick if I didn’t want to open the curtains during the day

The hotel was really pleasant and practical. Booked through Trip, the price was also reasonable. The breakfast was really varied, with both Asian and Western dishes. The gym also had a variety of equipment, but the only thing I missed there were exercise mats that you could stretch on.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to Yongsan Station. The floors are divided into low-rise and high-rise elevators, which is also very good. The room is larger than expected. There are iparkmall, GS25, and CU convenience stores nearby, and it is also very convenient to eat. There is an Olive Young just outside Exit 2 of Yongsan Station. But maybe I am a directionally challenged person, I got lost in Yongsan Station, and I couldn't tell the difference between KTX and ITX. One drawback is that the hotel's refrigerator is not cold, which caused the yogurt to go bad. I had diarrhea the next day after drinking it 😂

Hotel was great. Concierge wasn’t as helpful as we had hoped - unable to make place a call in Korean to confirm a service, but otherwise staff great.

It was a pleasant 5 nights stay at Novotel. It is a good location to get to most of tourist destination around Seoul as it connects to Yongsan station. The room is spacious enough for all your things and it’s clean. The room service was very prompt as well. Thanks Novotel for making our trip in Seoul as wonderful and pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was good. There was a loud buzzing noise outside of my room on the first night which constantly kept waking me up. The next night they were able to change my room.
I chose this hotel mainly as it had a sauna. Little did I know, you had to pay for the sauna. This was very disappointing and very surprising. I think an additional charge should be stated clearly on this site
