The room was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel boasts a superb location right in the heart of Jiangnan city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Eliena in Seoul. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location is Perefect. Rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose Hotel Eliena again on my next visit to Seoul. Highly recommended!

This hotel in Gangnam offers great value for money and is conveniently located within walking distance of both subway and bus stations. The hotel lobby has a very artistic feel, and the corridors are adorned with many beautiful artworks. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, with Chinese-speaking personnel available, and they don't require a deposit. Rooms feature a fresh and clean aesthetic, are tidy, and come with complimentary Wi-Fi. Do remember to bring your own power adapter. Be mindful that the roads near the hotel can be a bit steep, so expect a slight uphill walk.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are cafés nearby. The room was clean and beautiful. However, the ventilation and soundproofing were poor. In the morning, I was woken up by someone else’s alarm and even a sigh — it turned out to be from the neighboring room. Later, a strong smell of cigarette smoke appeared, and I had to check out earlier than planned. I would not recommend this hotel for people with an allergy to tobacco smoke.
We also couldn’t have dinner because all the restaurants were closed for private events.
This hotel seems to be more suitable for celebrations and events.

When I called the reception desk, the guy just hang up my phone after I asked” Can you speak English?” It’s so rude and I don’t understand why he is like this! Never experienced this kind of thing before! They don’t have the basic sense of being polite to others! Hope he will be treated exactly the same way!
