It is important to understand Korean culture, "Koshiwon". If you can do that, there is no problem. It is very convenient and close to the station. There is a Lotte Mart and a convenience store within walking distance. It is important to follow the manners as a resident of this area.

Tiny room, not clean, dilapidated with paint and plaster falling off ceiling and walls, water stains, and mold in the shower. However, for the price and location, it's still a good value. If you can deal with tight quarters and very dirty conditions, it's a fine choice to save some money while still being in a good location (only 15 minutes to Gangnam)

It's very close to the subway station, one minute from Seocho Station, and it's convenient to go everywhere. The house is a little old, but it's still good for traveling alone. The landlady is very nice, great!
