Tiny room, not clean, dilapidated with paint and plaster falling off ceiling and walls, water stains, and mold in the shower. However, for the price and location, it's still a good value. If you can deal with tight quarters and very dirty conditions, it's a fine choice to save some money while still being in a good location (only 15 minutes to Gangnam)

2号線、5号線などがある往十里駅から徒歩10分内で、周りには飲食店、コインランドリー、サウナ付きの大衆浴場などもあり便利です。
建物は新しくはありませんが、鼻を刺すような悪臭はなく、床暖房が程よく入って暖かく、ベットの上にはカーペットもあるので、寒い季節でも問題なく過ごせます。
冷蔵庫の中には甘いコーヒーや水もサービスで入っています。
