Room food service all good.
We have a pleasant stay with a nice room and hotei provide us with special pillows which let us have well relaxation.The food in Le Salon was another item to appreciate.Especially the crispy sausage which is difficult to find in other hotel nowadays.Service is of first class.

The Lotte Hotel in Seoul is truly excellent, offering world-class service and impeccable cleanliness throughout. I highly recommend opting for the Executive Tower, as it provides a significantly better and more exclusive experience compared to the Main Tower.
The service, from check-in to departure, was outstanding. The only minor drawback we experienced was the breakfast buffet in the Executive Tower lounge, which was unfortunately just "so so." However, this small issue did not significantly detract from an otherwise five-star stay in the Executive Tower.
