Pros: Excellent location. Right below are subway lines 5 and 6, and the airport express. There's an airport bus stop just across the street for Incheon Airport, making transportation very convenient. They offer convenient self-service free luggage storage. Breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of options. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Cons: The room interior could use some renovation, like adding a full-length mirror and bedside charging facilities. The hairdryer isn't very effective; it takes a long time to dry your hair. Surprisingly, there's an extra 100 RMB charge to use the pool, which is enough to swim 3-4 times at an Olympic Sports Center in China.

The hotel is located in Mapo-gu, Seoul. While there aren't many attractions nearby, getting around is very convenient. You can take an elevator down to B1 and directly access Subway Line 5. Myeongdong is also very close by. Hotel Facilities: The facilities are pretty average, at most a 4-star equivalent in China. There isn't much elaborate decor; cleanliness is the focus. The in-room fridge provides free bottled water, and there's also a kettle. It's best to bring a couple of travel adapters for charging your devices. We booked a family room, which was quite spacious and big enough for three people. The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, next to a small convenience store with limited items. If you need more, you can easily find other convenience stores just outside. Hotel Service: The service aspect was practically non-existent, which is worth mentioning. We stayed for four nights, and the check-in experience was the worst. Some of the female front desk staff were rude, impatient, and spoke English so rapidly and with poor pronunciation that it felt like a listening comprehension test. They explained a membership program to us at lightning speed, leaving us completely confused. When we didn't understand the first time, it felt like we weren't tourists checking into a hotel, but rather students who hadn't submitted their English homework, with the strict teacher just short of rolling her eyes. Our mood instantly soured. However, throughout the rest of our stay, the cleaning staff (Aunties) were quite good, tidying up towels and trash daily without being too disruptive. For 1400 RMB per night, this hotel offers no unique features and you might even end up feeling frustrated. The value for money is extremely low. In China, this would definitely lead to numerous complaints.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast options were simple. It's close to the metro station, making it convenient for getting around. The airport shuttle stops are also very nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room facilities were a bit old but well-maintained. Staff cleaned the room and changed towels daily, so it was always spotless. I had requested a quiet room fearing street noise, and the hotel kindly arranged a top-floor room away from the street, which was very peaceful. We were two adults and one child (11 years old), and the family twin room was spacious with no feeling of being cramped. There was a male staff member at the front desk with glasses who provided excellent service; he was always eager to help with any issues and tried his best to communicate. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to the subway downstairs. The basement floor offers various dining options, solving any mealtime concerns. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with an E-Mart supermarket and Olive Young nearby. We happened to visit during a heatwave in Korea, but staying here made everything much easier. It was a very satisfying stay!

I chose this hotel for the swimming pool. The location is great, and the pool is very clean 👍

The location is fantastic, right on the airport express line, making it easy to get to all the major shopping districts. The facilities are a bit old, but still acceptable. The front desk service was excellent!
