Had a great experience, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, right by Subway Line 5, just a few minutes from Gwanghwamun. There are drugstores and supermarkets nearby, though not many restaurants (maybe I didn't explore enough). It's about a 10-minute walk to Shinsegae and Lotte department stores, perfect for dropping off shopping bags. The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied, catering to different tastes. The only downside is that the bed was a bit too soft, and I woke up with a slight backache the next morning.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view was also great, making for a very pleasant stay. The only minor issue was that it took a little while for the hot water to come on in the shower. Having a convenience store right next door was very handy.

The location is excellent! Right downstairs is the 6701 airport shuttle bus stop, and the subway entrance is just outside, super convenient. We booked a room for four people this time, and it was quite spacious – enough to open all three of our suitcases. The service was also great; they cleaned the room daily, and the front desk staff spoke fluent English, making check-in and check-out very smooth! I just forgot to take pictures of the room! I only got shots of the exterior. The Seoul Finance Center is right across the street, you can see N Seoul Tower, and there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Plus, there are two Olive Youngs, a Daiso, and even a Chabaidao tea shop!

An older hotel, but the location is super convenient. The breakfast was great, I really enjoyed it, and the restaurant is very good. The bed in the room was also large. It's just that the towels are quite old 😭 and really need to be replaced with new ones.

I booked this hotel blindly, and it exceeded my expectations—a truly satisfying stay! The bedding was very clean and comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and it's conveniently located near Metro Lines 3, 1, and 2.

Great room, very convenient. It's close to all the golden spots, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, there are lots of great food options. I really enjoyed this experience.

Our family of three, my daughter, my husband, and I, stayed in a superior family room. The location was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy a 'hotel-cation' (hotel stay + vacation) and go shopping around Gwanghwamun for our entire 2-night, 3-day trip. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the feel of the duvet was especially lovely. The room was spacious, with a separate area for the sofa and table, which allowed our family to gather and chat. Highly recommend it!

This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I'd had good experiences here before, so I booked a room on the 21st floor this time. The lighting was so dim I couldn't even see properly to put on makeup, and the light in the entryway was broken. The hygiene was terrible. The next day, I specifically packed my suitcase to make it easier for the staff to clean, and I hung the 'please clean' sign. Yet, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the 'do not disturb' light was still on... I called the front desk to ask why. They immediately denied not cleaning, claiming I had pressed the 'do not disturb' button, which is why the staff didn't enter. I was furious because, knowing the room wasn't clean when we checked in, we had specifically checked before leaving to make sure we hadn't pressed anything. It was clear the cleaning staff hadn't even pushed the door open. The front desk's attitude when dealing with the issue was absolutely appalling; they kept insisting we had pressed 'do not disturb' and said they would clean it the next day. When I asked to change rooms, they said nothing was available. The room type we booked was completely different from the pictures; this room felt at least 15 years old. Even after complaining, the hotel didn't offer any compensation. In the end, Trip.com had to compensate me. Honestly, this was the worst hotel room I've ever experienced, without exception. It left a lasting bad impression.
