The room was not ready despite us arriving a few hours than the supposed check in time, no compensation was afforded to us, very dissapointing.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the subway station, really central. We had a very spacious 2-bed room with a large bathroom. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and we were even able to leave our suitcases in the lobby until the afternoon after checking out so we could go on another trip.

The hotel is really located on a hill, but for us, residents of Vladivostok, this was no problem. The metro is an 8 minute walk away. There are many cafes along the way and there is a 24 hour laundry right next door. The hotel itself is not bad, matches the photo, but, for example, there was no hairdryer or robe in the room. Disposable shampoos and gels were constantly not supplied, we had nothing to wash ourselves with, then they would bring 2 bottles of water, then three. It was not clear in general what we were supposed to do and what we weren’t. But for the price they give if you sign up for a non-refundable rate (half the price) - this is of course a very good hotel in the center. And by the way, there is a bath, which is a big plus, and a large room. Check-out is on your own, registration is normal upon arrival.

Hotel was ok, clean and good size room. Location very close to Seoul tower cable car. Plenty of shops and places to eat close by.

The location of this accommodation is excellent. I went to Shouer with my sisters this time to relax. I chose this hotel because it can be reached on foot by taking the MRT or visiting Lotte Depar**ent Store or Shinsegae Depar**ent Store.
