Our experience was bad from the beginning of check in. I wrote an email to the hotel months before our arrival, requesting for bedrooms to be next to each other because we booked two rooms for our children and us. So to ensure safety of our children, we needed the rooms to be close. However, we were asked to pay more. So we left it.
The rooms are really old too, only some rooms felt a little more renovated. The area is also not convenient. It was located far from Myeongdong or other areas, not walking distance. The only consolation was that the train station is just a 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were also not vacuumed. We found dirts on the floor as how we left it, wondering if they even cleaned the rooms.
The receptionist also spoke very loudly and we found it quite rude. Won’t be going back to PJ hotel

這個酒店位置不錯，環境也可以，就是溝通比較費勁，性價比挺高的，打車到東大門，明洞，免税店都不是特別遠，幾分鐘就可以

設施：設施比較完善 走廊有冷熱水器，好像還有一台製冰機 這個走廊的飲水機真的很人性化 我們基本沒買過水 每天房間裏面還有兩瓶 瓶裝水 額外買的水都沒喝完 房間裏面有個陽台 還有小冰箱 衣櫃等常規措施 還有一個穿衣鏡 很贊 可以拍照
衞生：房間每天打掃，很乾凈 衞生間也整潔衞生 整體衞生標準沒啥問題
環境：大廳環境寬敞 一般出門都會有走1層 旁邊就是地鐵口 這個酒店有好幾個地鐵口 最近的是出來有個超市的口 樓梯是木質地板的那個口 不好意思 忘記地鐵幾號口了
服務：前台英語很流利 沒有遇到會中文的 服務很冷漠 我們英語比較常規 能看出來他們有種 傲氣和冷漠感 前台服務聽讓人不舒服的 但是我們住了6晚7天 基本沒有什麼要求需要用到前台 無視就好了 打掃阿姨 人很好 態度特別温和 見面都會打招呼 進房間打掃也很認真
位置：距離明洞有1.3公里左右 走的話也要15分鐘以上 酒店旁邊有幾個小衚衕 有一些吃飯的 不挑的話 可以去試試 看着當地人都會去的一些小店 有點像農貿市場裏面的小店 之前看評價説會有一條比較黑的小路 其實還好 就是地鐵站口走到酒店這段 沒幾步路
樓下有三家便利店 24小時的 CU 其他兩家不知道 CU是最近的 幾十米就到了
整體酒店裡麪還可以 值得住，但是確實距離出去玩的地方都不算近 需要走不少路 就當減肥了

環境：周圍的建築如下，大家自己看咯，感覺這個配置價格是貴了……

一言難盡，前台都挺好的、除了位置好，其他沒了
隔音還行，屋內衞生一般般，國內快捷酒店水平
設施極老無比，感覺像零幾年造的
那個空調，太老了，太吵了，水呢能燙**，完全調不到正確水位
客房換了毛巾也沒補上，不過建議用自己毛巾，這裏毛巾有點黑
牙刷🪥是沒有的 記得自己帶
吹風機比廁所烘手機風力還小，也建議自己帶

酒店位置還不錯，機場大巴站三百米左右很方便！之前沒住過三人間，真的很適合三口之家，房間不大但是分區很合理，進門處可以放兩個24寸行李箱，還有個化粧台很方便，一家人洗漱都不會影響，房間最裡邊是個榻榻米很適合買回來一家人吃吃喝喝😊
