We loved Hanok Hanok. It was what we hoped it would be, accommodation in an authentic Hanok building, with charm and excellent hospitality from our hosts. It was quaint, well appointed and fantastically located with so many local street restaurants within minutes and the subway was close by. We felt like we were staying with family. If you want a huge spacious modern anonymous hotel room this is not for you!!!
We rented this small room for 10 days and were very satisfied!
- It has all the amenities (air conditioner, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, stove, washing machine!)
- There's storage for your belongings (open hanger and a nightstand with a chest of drawers)
- A table and chairs for comfortable dining
- Convenient electronic smart lock (no key needed, you create your own password)
- Hot water was always available, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper
- A comfortable, spacious bed (after a whole day of walking until our feet ached, we slept wonderfully and recharged)
- A fantastic, quiet neighborhood (no noise day or night)
- The building has an elevator
The location was ideal for us. It's close to modern districts, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and entrances to forest trails and the subway.
Thank you so much for the opportunity for a pleasant stay in Korea!
My trip to Seoul this time is unforgettable. I never knew a hanok could be this beautiful and comfortable; it felt even cozier and warmer than my own home.
It was truly a dreamlike space, perfectly blending traditional tranquility with sophisticated modern conveniences.
The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station. Even the stroll from the subway to the accommodation was healing, walking along the charming alleyways and serene hanok houses surrounding the property. It was surprising to find such a peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of Seoul.
The bedding was what truly washed away the fatigue of travel. It was incredibly soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The feeling of drifting off to sleep under traditional rafters was truly special. Moreover, I was once again impressed by the host's thoughtful touches when I saw two Dyson hair dryers provided.
Every corner of Nuilstay was a photo zone; no matter where I took a picture, it turned out beautifully. The wooden structure of the hanok, warm sunlight, subtle lighting, and artistic decorations combined to make spending time at the accommodation feel like an enjoyable artistic experience. Even the view outside the window was unique.
Although all the kitchenware was available for us to cook dinner, there were so many great restaurants nearby that we ended up buying food instead.
We brought back various dishes from local eateries and ordered delivery, enjoying a delightful evening with wine and delicious food at the table.
In the evening, we wrapped up our special night in Seoul by watching a movie with the beam projector.
Nuilstay gifted us with comfortable relaxation, a perfect location, and unforgettable beautiful memories! If I visit Seoul again, I will definitely choose this place. I genuinely and highly recommend it! 👍
It's about meeting people's families, sharing children's lives with one another.
My heart is in the middle of the city, I'm in the middle of the day, I'm in the middle of the day, I'm in the middle of the day, I'm going to go to the middle of the day.
It's all about living in a small family.
It's a good idea for old people, it's easy for people to live in harmony with the world, it's for the Korean language, it's for old people, it's for the elderly.
The garden is so pretty.
Gyeongbokgung Palace and Ewha Womans University are close to the city center, and there are subways and buses outside.
The owner was very friendly and spoke to me in Korean and even gave me a small gift before leaving. Awesome!
We stayed in Seochonbyuldang in February, and loved every single second in there. Tha Hanok was so clean, beautiful, and made us feel like we’re actually in a K-drama 😍 the amenities they provided is excellent. The owner were also very helpful when we asked for information, very quick to respond. The location is also great, near the Gyeongbokgung Palace, train station was also not that far. However, if you bring a lot of luggages, i’d suggest getting a taxi. The taxi can’t stop right in front of your Hanok, since the Hanok is located inside an alleyway, but it wasnt that far from the big road! It was such a great relaxing last day for us and wished we stayed longer in this Hanok. We will stay here again if we come back to South Korea!! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for hosting us! ☺️
It is really just living alone, very empty, the location is very good, the boss has seen it once! But many are self-service, so those who need service need to be considered
It was a great trip with old friends.
The location was great, allowing me to visit all the nearby restaurants within a 15-minute walk.
The cleanliness and cozy atmosphere were also great.
I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Seochon.
Outstanding
