Hotels in Gangnam, Seoul

In a well location at Gangnam of Seoul, close to many eateries and local restaurants! Service is good and the room is clean. Will come again when visit Seoul

The hardware of the hotel is top notch. It is new with great facilities. The view over the city was breathtaking. The restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant and Eatanic Garden were amazing.

First of all, great value for money, quick to buy, but the lobby is a bit unfriendly, the curtains are opened, and there is a lot of dust ㅜㅜ Recommended only for value for money~not recommended for other points

The hotel lobby is full of style and there is a kind of aroma when entering the hall. The service staff of the hotel is very light and very good. The hotel also has a self-service washing machine for convenience. Comfortable in the room.

I stayed here for 8 days. The reception staff were helpful and polite when we checked in, the lift's very fast. The room appeared clean and had good amenities, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, coffee machine, large bed, we loved the TV above the bath, kido loved the heated toilet. It looks clean, clean bed sheets, then I slide the bathroom door closed and it's pretty dusty. No problem, I grab a tissue and wipe it down, I have a dust allergy. We lost something in between getting out of the cab and sitting down in the room so I try to find it, I look under the bed, it's really dusty and also has rubbish from previous occupants. We could hear the traffic outside but it's a busy road and it's understandable, we didn't find it annoying. There are strict check in and check out times and they won't charge you extra if you stick to these, they need time to clean the room and get it ready (they do need to slide the bathroom doors and clean these though, and under the beds too). I had a shower the next day, the waterfall shower's not easy to use and there's no instructions, but there's a handheld shower head attached to the wall. Great, I thought, that will help, It would have helped, but there's no seal around the bottom of the shower door and there's a gap, and the shower head faced the shower door. 30 minutes later I magage to clean the large amount of water in the bathroom and around the toilet up using towels, and I pop downstairs to let them know there's a problem with their shower. They sent someone up right away, I explained the issue, the shower door is missing a seal, he says 'I can't sort that' and walks out. No more showers then. We get back from a walk at around 8pm, and there's a very high pitched whistle coming from the ceiling in our room. I check the lights, the air conditioning and it whistles for about 30 minutes so I pop to the reception desk and let them know. Someone comes up right away and lets us know it's a valve in the bathroom ceiling, there's a hatch, he opens it up, and it stops. Yay! 5 minutes later... yup, it's back. He comes back and adjusts the valve once again. It stops. 5 minutes later... yup. Then it stops. Until the following evening. I let reception know it's still happening, they send someone out, again, it stops, again, and starts, again a few minutes later. It stops and starts throughout the night, midnight, 1am, 4am, 9am. We're tired, I'm rather grumpy, so we ask to change rooms so we can sleep. They check with the manager and give us another room. The new room has a seal at the bottom of the shower, unfortunately their water fall shower lasts for 1 second if you try to use it as the handle on the door self adjusts. There's still dust on the sliding doors and under the bed. We're exhausted having had a pretty bad night due to the alarm, so we sleep, a lot. This hotel is in a great location and COEX is easily reachable via bus. Lots of places to eat or grab a quick bite or coffee nearby.

The service has been excellent. The location is very good. The interior is of top quality. The staff and management are most helpful. A very friendly and efficient atmostphere.

I booked for a short stay and I am kind of glad that I did. Location is pretty convenient as it is very close to the subway station and there are a lot of restaurants near by. The hotel room I got had a hole on the wall which the receptionist told me that he will get someone to fill in the hole the next day but since it was a really short stay, I just stuffed tissues into the hole just to cover it up. I think the hotel itself is actually a hotel/ motel hence the cleanliness wasn't the best but it wasn't very bad so it's still ok and I still managed to sleep well. The toilet was huge and toiletries were very well provided however, we were not allowed to flush down the toilet papers into the cubicle which is disgusting as there is no bidet as well so we will have to walk down to the bathtub to wash up after... Room wasn't very well sound proofed so you might here abit noise here and there. Overall, I still think it was a good stay and I will go back to the hotel for short stays only.

Very good location, near the train, near the bus to the airport, clean room, good service, can leave your luggage. But there is one downside is that check-in at 23:00, a little late, but everything else is ok. The room is not very big, the size is good for 2 people.

Lobby is small , old , and messy. The lighting is dark . The reception girl who helped me check in and out was sweet and friendly. Nice room with a great view. The breakfast was disappointing and not as good as they advertised on the website. Very limited choices, very cheap stuff served on the table. No bacon, no smoked salmon, no sausage, no wheat bread…Croissant was not crispy ( the only choice for pastry ) , it has been cut into 2 half to serve the guests. deep fried noddle n deep fried rice are oily . The breakfast close at 9:30am , the first 2 days I went before 9am , many things only have leftover on the table ( fruits, salad - dry already , pumpkin salad, fried noddle ) the waiter seems had no intention to replenish . Definitely not worth to pay the breakfast here . The only thing for breakfast I have to say was the coffee they served was great .
