Hotels in Gangnam, Seoul

The hotel's location is superb. The 6009 airport shuttle bus stop is right across the street, with the round trip to the airport taking about an hour. Our room was both quiet and impeccably clean. At just over 400 yuan a night, including breakfast, it offered excellent value for money. We were very satisfied!

This hotel definitely deserves a perfect 10/10! The location is superb, right next to Seolleung subway station. Getting here from the airport is a breeze – just take the express train and transfer to Line 2. All major attractions are either directly accessible via Line 2 or a simple transfer away. The hotel's hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are incredibly nice. There's also a fantastic food street right next door with all sorts of Korean delicacies, allowing you to avoid the main tourist areas. The front desk staff were also wonderful. I had to switch rooms and was expecting to only check into the new one in the afternoon, but to my surprise, they let me move into the new room that very morning. So thoughtful! 🥹

I requested higher floor, no corner room, quiet and away from the lift. They did arrange a higher floor and no corner room but my room was right facing the lift area. Luckily it wasn't noisy. However, the walls were quite thin and I can often hear next door. Housekeeping also comes quite early and always leaves a note that they came by already by 9am (i have my room DND). There was a lot of dust on the walls (see pic). They havent wiped it down in quite a while and I saw it there constantly for the few nights i stayed. Also, on the first day all the electric sockets near the bedside didn't work. My phone didnt charge overnight and I asked them to fix it. Then for my rest of my stay, it was okay. Lastly, the amenities were VERY limited. The slippers were very thin, no toothbrush or toothpaste. I also found there were stains on some of the towels (they were definitely clean but just obvious stains). I found the pillows quite uncomfortable because I usually like harder pillows and even if i stacked 4 of them together it would become quite flat. But thats just a personal preference.

Excellent location. The hotel is quiet and tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Which happens to be just a short walk to central shopping district in Gangnam. With plenty of shopping and food choices. Express bus terminal is also easy to get to via metro near the hotel. If you plan to venture out to the outskirts of Seoul.

The location is fantastic, really convenient and saves a lot of time. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from Sinsa-dong Exit 4, definitely not as far as 10 minutes. No stairs to climb, just straight roads. There's a 7-Eleven and a GS25 convenience store right downstairs. Even when the subway stops at midnight, if you're coming back after 11 PM from a concert, it doesn't feel deserted at all. There are many restaurants around Sinsa-dong subway station. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit old, there was hair on the comb, and the sheets weren't neatly made. However, it's a good value for the price.

The hotel located at the center of the city, right across the street from COEX center and Hyundai Department Store. And at the back of the street there're lots of local restaurants and coffee shop choices. It's super convenient and cost is also quite reasonable. But as far as service is concern, there's not much of a service, just what you would expect out of a 3-4 star hotel. Can't complain. If you are looking for low cost business travel at a central location in Seoul, GLAD would be a good choice.

Nothing to complain side from the hotel is actually on a uphill slope after getting out form the exit 4 of Sinnonhyeon metro station on Line 9 from Gimpo Airport. Will recommend on : - Only 5 stops on the Express trains from Gimpo Airport to Sinnonhyeon station. - Walking distance to many great food joints near Gangnam station. - Free coffee until 12 midnight and the coffee is actually quite good. - Hotspring spa. Hotspring spa. Hotspring spa.

The service was good, the staff at the reception was helpful, the room was quite clean, there are restaurants and spa in the hotel but I have not tried it. It is a bit challenging to find a subway station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I felt like there was not much to walk around (like shops or cafes), but overall the location is not bad

The superior room is spacious enough to open two suitcases. It is basically quiet. We could hear some noise from the cars since the room faces the street but it is acceptable. The lighting of bathroom maybe disturbing. The location is basically convenience, 3-4 mins walking to the Mtr station but it is a little bit uphill and also there are a couple of bus stops right outside hotel. But need to take Mtr and bus frequently if wanna visit different areas . So better to have climate card. The airport bus stop is also right outside hotel and it is also possible to take Mtr to reach airport in abt 90mins with one transit. The staff is nice.

I have meetings nearby so it's a solid choice for me. Rooms are clean and the customer service is good so no complaint there. Suggest the hotel use less plastic throughout, e.g. install water dispenser in the gym instead of providing bottled water, provide ceramic cups instead of paper cups wrapped in plastic, etc.. The food and drinks selection at the lounge needs serious upgrade too.
