Hotels in Apgujeong/Cheongdam-Dong, Seoul

Food options are conveniently located downstairs, and the hotel itself is impeccably clean. The surrounding area offers excellent shopping opportunities and pleasant views. A Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful, which is why I choose to stay here for all my business trips. The service was good, the staff at the reception was helpful, the room was quite clean, there are restaurants and spa in the hotel but I have not tried it. It is a bit challenging to find a subway station, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I felt like there was not much to walk around (like shops or cafes), but overall the location is not bad

Good staying expeience. Check-in is fast and quick and staff friendly. The only thing is the TV doesn’t really work. The mini bar is free of charge. Toilet is clean and facilities are new Bed is comfortable. Might consider staying again if visiting Seoul next time

They provide towel replacement, trash can, and luggage assistance. They even proactively asked if a friend left something behind and helped with courier delivery (at your own expense). The facilities are complete, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and tableware; the bathroom is beautiful! There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. I recommend it.

Mostly it was ok. I didn’t like the service about breakfast. Two minute before enter closing waiter rejected me to enter the breakfast, that lasts 32 minutes more. I rejected him showing the time on watch. Breakfast was so-so for that price. Location is not bad, but you should go up from the metro. Bus stop and airport shuttle stop is quite near.

So recently I have stayed there for 6 nights. Rooms are small. After staying for 2 night we finally received a room cleaning, but they just makeup the bed and gave us a fresh towels and thats it. They forgot to put toilet paper and napkins. Very dusty room need a wet cleaning. Apparently they got a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby and you have to buy one capsule for 6000W and they don’t offer you cream or milk. Better buy a coffee from coffee shop instead for 5500W. Location is good, there is a 7-Eleven store nearby and Paris Baguette across the street. Even tho the hotel is rated for 4 stars it definitely felt overrated.

The hotel was clean, but very noisy. It seemed like there was a live stream or similar activity happening right next door, making it quite loud.

While the room was a bit on the smaller side, the front desk staff, especially the lady, provided excellent service. They all spoke Chinese and even helped us arrange a taxi. The facilities were comprehensive. Just a heads-up, toothbrushes are not provided and need to be purchased. The room itself was very clean.

The transportation is incredibly convenient; the airport bus goes directly here, and it's also very close to the subway. The facilities are new, and the environment is clean and tidy. Just be sure to choose a room not facing the street, otherwise it's very noisy.

Excellent location, but the facilities were quite disappointing otherwise. The decor and design were reminiscent of an upgraded budget hotel. Housekeeping consistently left behind items like forgotten tissues or towels in the room. The most frustrating part was on the first day at check-in; the front desk staff, struggling with English, tried to assign me either a twin room or an accessible room, despite my booking for a standard single king-sized bed. After I refused, I was told there were no rooms available because the hotel was full. Excuse me?! If a hotel is full, guests should be upgraded, not asked to downgrade! After I firmly stated my refusal, the front desk claimed they'd consulted with a manager and found me a 'very good room.' It turned out to be the exact room type I had originally booked. What a ridiculous charade! Paying 2800 a night, I certainly didn't expect to experience such service and disrespectful treatment.
