Lotte Hotel World Gangnam

Seoul|2.52km from Olympic Bridge
I visit Seoul yearly and Lotte Hotel World is one of best I've stayed so far. Location: Great for cherry blossoms scenery with Lake View rooms and we managed to catch beautiful sunrise too. Although not near most tourist attractions, it's located above 2 subway stations & linked to Lotte malls. Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Kudos to Front Desk Mr Duke Lee & Ms Hwang Yoonkyoung for being so patient and accomdating with my many requests as I was travelling with family of 13. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr Duke as he would approach me when he saw me walking towards the front desk to assist me and even asked how were the day trips we went for. I would also like to thank Ms Sharon Kim from Room Reservations for being so helpful and patient too! Room: Well maintained & no complaints. Multi usb points means we don't have to fight to charge devices. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice! Only downside was toothbrush was chargable which we didn't expect. But it is part of the hotel's sustainability movement hence we respect that. We also had a room which was the Junior Suite. Spacious room with living room and dining area with basic kitchen. If utensils are provided, it would have been even more convenient as we bought some food back. Breakfast: One of the widest selection I have seen. Pastry selection is good and the croissants were hot favourite of the family. The service team is also attentive and prompt. We were always greeted with warm welcome and smiles. Overall: Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Bali Tourist Hotel

The front desk can communicate in simple English and has a friendly attitude. The hotel can check in and store luggage in the lobby first, then go shopping, and then go to the room when the time is up. This time I booked a standard room, the room is designed with double doors, it feels safe. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two or more luggage. As for the bathroom facilities, I knew in advance that the hotel would not provide toiletries, but the lighting in the bathroom is dim, and the shower in the shower is broken and has not been repaired. It feels disturbing. It is recommended that the staff inform the guests in advance. The cleaning of the room means that the aunt comes to clean and replenish the needed things every day. There are many things to shop near the hotel. There is a convenience store on the left side of the hotel entrance. There are also many restaurants, snacks, beverage stores, and drugstores along the road. There is also Daiso nearby, and there is a chain fast food restaurant not far away. The transportation is also very convenient, there is a bus stop within a few steps, and the subway is just in front of Daiso (Duncundong Station). Generally speaking, it is also good. Friends who want to save travel expenses or go to the Olympic Park to watch a concert can consider it. P.S. The above is just my personal opinion. Remember to check whether the hotel information meets your requirements before booking.

I stayed as a female for an event at the Olympic Stadium! It's pretty close to the Olympic Stadium by train, but it's a bit complicated and takes a while to get there by taxi. family? There are also many young people, and for better or for worse, all voices can be heard throughout the hotel, so if you're a woman alone and something happens, she'll probably help you! So I wasn't worried! The hotel staff can't communicate in Japanese or even English, but they are very kind, so if you use google translate, you won't have any problems. (In the middle of the night, there was a G with a mess of legs growing in the room, and while the uncle was sleeping in the front desk of the hotel outside the opening hours of the front desk, I woke him up and had him exterminated... Thank you very much for that section. That was a really big help. ) The walls of the room are insanely thin. I can hear the screams of adults in other rooms at the level of whether they are doing it in front of the door of my room. Feels like it's cleaned normally. There is no problem at all if you don't mind a certain amount of dust. I think that it is impossible for people who like beauty even a little. If you look at the map, it feels far away, but there is a convenience store about 3 minutes on foot! (Again, I made the mistake of dropping the juice before I bought it and causing it to explode. When I said to the clerk, ``I'm sorry, I'm going to buy it, but I'm sorry for increasing the cleaning time,'' he said, ``It's okay,'' and brought a new one I bought a new one saying, ”Please have this here~”... Moreover, he was an older brother who could speak a little Japanese... everyone is really kind...)

It's easily accessible from Gangbyeon Station on Subway Line 2, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of you! There are also many convenience stores and restaurants close to the hotel, as well as Olive Young, Techno Mart, and Lotte Mart, which are very convenient for buying souvenirs and daily necessities during your stay. The lady at the front desk who helped us was also very kind. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and I felt comfortable. I use Line 2 often, so it's easy to get to Hongdae, Jamsil, and Samseong, so I'll continue to stay here. Amenities/Facilities: No toothbrush Shampoo conditioner is packaged for one-time use. The cup is a paper container stick type instant coffee No safe No dressing gown No closet (with coat hanger) There is a microwave oven in front of the elevator on the accommodation floor. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator is simple, so it is not suitable for storing ice cream.

It's very tidy. It's a good place to stay light. Of course, the station is farther than I thought, so it was a lot of tumble. It was pretty good though. Good to stay lightly! The room is also very tidyㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ

The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. Breakfast is American style, including coffee, salad, omelette, ham, milk, yogurt, cereal, and some side dishes, bread, cake, jam, butter and the like. There seems to be less ham, and no cheese or salami. I prefer salad coffee and fried eggs, they are simple and delicious. As for the location, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Seoul Baekje Station of Subway Line 9. It's still a bit tiring to drag the suitcase, especially in the summer when it's quite sunny. By the way, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided in the room or hotel. You need to prepare them yourself, or you can buy them at the underground convenience store. The slippers are not public ones, so I didn't wear them. The socket near the window has a domestic three-hole socket, please give it a thumbs up. If you have many devices, it is safer to bring an adapter plug.
