I came here after staying in Silla. The comparison is that it is quite far from the city center, but the environment is relatively quiet, and the room area and floor height are much better than Silla. However, the service, meals and other facilities are not comparable to Silla. There are forest parks and golf courses on the mountain. After breakfast, we went up the mountain for a walk. The trail was relatively gentle and very comfortable for a walk. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. I didn't experience the swimming pool SPA just in time for weekly maintenance. I personally don't like the aromatherapy in the lobby. It's very pungent and makes people dizzy. The view from the river view room is unparalleled, but the protective film on the glass is all dotted, so you can't get a close look.

I think the location and service are top notch. I stayed on the 97th floor and the view from the room was the best. You can enjoy the night view from the bathroom. However, it is a shame that toothbrushes, shavers, etc. are charged. There is also a Lotte shopping mall in the adjacent building. I was grateful that everyone I met was kind. It's been a while since I've been there, so memories came to mind, and I was in a good mood throughout the trip. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was almost nothing for children, so I was used to the hotel, so my son was disappointed every time he went to the kids club. Other than that, I was happy. Especially the pretty sister who helped me find the treasure island. My son still loves the baby. After the Treasure Island tour, he keeps looking for his sister. Thank you so much.

I visit Seoul yearly and Lotte Hotel World is one of best I've stayed so far. Location: Great for cherry blossoms scenery with Lake View rooms and we managed to catch beautiful sunrise too. Although not near most tourist attractions, it's located above 2 subway stations & linked to Lotte malls. Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Kudos to Front Desk Mr Duke Lee & Ms Hwang Yoonkyoung for being so patient and accomdating with my many requests as I was travelling with family of 13. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr Duke as he would approach me when he saw me walking towards the front desk to assist me and even asked how were the day trips we went for. I would also like to thank Ms Sharon Kim from Room Reservations for being so helpful and patient too! Room: Well maintained & no complaints. Multi usb points means we don't have to fight to charge devices. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice! Only downside was toothbrush was chargable which we didn't expect. But it is part of the hotel's sustainability movement hence we respect that. We also had a room which was the Junior Suite. Spacious room with living room and dining area with basic kitchen. If utensils are provided, it would have been even more convenient as we bought some food back. Breakfast: One of the widest selection I have seen. Pastry selection is good and the croissants were hot favourite of the family. The service team is also attentive and prompt. We were always greeted with warm welcome and smiles. Overall: Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The room is spacious, but the facilities are problematic. ㆍOne side of the bed frame was cracked and making noise. If the staff sees it, please check frame number 407. ㆍYou need to clean the air conditioner more. There appears to be black mold or dust near the entrance. ㆍThe tissue boxes, ports, etc. are so old that it ruins the image of a good hotel. ㆍThe bathroom is too dark. Because of the location, it is very difficult to apply makeup. ㆍThe water sent to the rim of the bathtub completely wets the floor. Although it was a structural problem, it was inconvenient in many ways. ㆍThe bathroom is the biggest problem. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door and where the central axis is, allowing sounds and smells to spread into the room. This is an issue that the hotel must be aware of. ㆍThe noise is a bit loud. In addition to hearing noises from the hallway, it may be difficult for sensitive people to hear cell phones vibrating or conversations in the next room. Overall, I think it would be a much better hotel if the hotel took more care and repaired it.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. Breakfast is American style, including coffee, salad, omelette, ham, milk, yogurt, cereal, and some side dishes, bread, cake, jam, butter and the like. There seems to be less ham, and no cheese or salami. I prefer salad coffee and fried eggs, they are simple and delicious. As for the location, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Seoul Baekje Station of Subway Line 9. It's still a bit tiring to drag the suitcase, especially in the summer when it's quite sunny. By the way, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided in the room or hotel. You need to prepare them yourself, or you can buy them at the underground convenience store. The slippers are not public ones, so I didn't wear them. The socket near the window has a domestic three-hole socket, please give it a thumbs up. If you have many devices, it is safer to bring an adapter plug.

I stayed as a female for an event at the Olympic Stadium! It's pretty close to the Olympic Stadium by train, but it's a bit complicated and takes a while to get there by taxi. family?
