Sheik and modern hotel, nice facilities including a fabulous swimming pool and gym c treadmills, an elliptical, weight machines and yoga mats. There are also SPA services available. Exactly what I was looking for as respite from budget travel while waiting for Vietnam visa near Kuala Lumpur airport. Location is good for airport access but it’s a bit far from central Kuala Lumpur to go in for dinner. Breakfast is buffet style, 45 MYR and very good with wide variety of options. The hotel is new and staff seem to out number guests at this point. I was glad to have this hotel near the airport option but hopefully will not find myself in this predicament again.

I’ve stayed here previously and it was very good but this time the experience was not so good. I was welcomed to an unpleasant smelling room, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the fridge had condensation which left a small puddle on the floor, the WiFi did not work in the room and to top it off the key card stopped working and maintenance had to be called to let me in the room after a tiring day. So overall a very unpleasant stay this time.

However, it may not be ideal for those looking to explore Kuala Lumpur’s city center due to its far distance. The buffet spread was delicious and varied, adding to the overall experience. While there is no covered parking, free parking is provided for staying guests. Normal guests parking is at a flat rate of RM10 if im not mistaken. My room was well-equipped with all basic necessities, and I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability, with no single-use plastics and mostly recyclable items. However, my room had a minor issue with a loose toilet pipe, which caused some leakage. Despite this, my overall stay was comfortable.

Stay for 2D 1N with my mom as we need to pick up my dad at the airport. The receptionist is kind and the check in process is going smoothly. The room is okay for two people to stay , nothing to complain about. There is cafe kaca and kofi , the food is quite good. Overall recommended for you guys to stay overnight while waiting for your flight. It takes 20 minutes to go to the airport .

Very good sleep and rest before my flight! The staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially the girl at the reception, who gave a warm and friendly welcome :) Good cleanliness! Good location and shuttles for the airport. Definitely recommend!

Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

-Shower area smells of pee -Toilet smells of pee -Somewhat like a shoe stain on toilet seat -DUSTY. the bedroom has a fan. You literally see balls of dust flying around with the fan on. Husband and kid sneezing the whole 2 nights of staying there. -Were given a list of food choices for breakfast during checkin. Need to choose there and then. They have it delivered each morning to your room at around 7.30am-8am. But the food was already cold. I guess that's why you have a microwave in the unit. -Skip the breakfast. You can get better food in the mall/around Cyber. -No free parking. Register your vehicle plat number and get flat rate RM5 per day. -Friendly and attentive staffs. -Direct connection to the mall.
